Themacombo Joe Henderson meets McCoy Tyner
As an annual tradition, Leuven Jazz presents several theme combos of the jazz department at LUCA School of Arts. Under the guidance of their tutor, students will compile a repertoire based on a specific theme or an icon from the history of jazz.
Guitarist Peter Hertmans and the students will present an anthology of the oeuvre of both saxophonist Joe Henderson and pianist McCoy Tyner.
