DISCOUNTS

We have several discounts on our box office prices, so take advantage of them! You cannot accumulate our discounts. We always give you the highest discount applicable to your purchase.

presale

• € 3 reduction on the box office price
• Pre-sale ends 1 hour before the start of the event.
• For the concert by Dave Holland & Lionel Loueke (22.03), you will enjoy an additional early bird discount of € 2! This offer is valid until 11 December 2024, for the first 250 tickets. From 12 December, the presale price will apply.

culture card discount

• € 2 extra discount on presale and box office price / not valid on early bird discount
• with your KU Leuven Culture Card or European Youth Card
  
• 1 ticket per event per person
• Select your ticket and enter the number of your student card (starting with r, s or m) in the field 'enter code'

UiTPAS social rate

• an 80% discount on the base price (section 1)
• for residents domiciled in Leuven, Bierbeek, Herent or Oud-Heverlee: with an increased allowance, budget management or debt mediation on presentation of the UiTPAS
  
• Choose your ticket, then enter the UiTPAS number on the back of your UiTPAS card in the 'Enter code ...' box.
• 1 ticket per performance per person

European Disablity Card (or Begeleiderspas Vlaams-Brabant)

• free admission for the person accompanying a disabled person, in combination with at least 1 paid ticket
• with your European Disability Card or Begeleiderspas of the province of Flemish Brabant
• 1 ticket per performance per person
• you will receive a code that you enter in the 'Enter your code ...' box when ordering your ticket

Pay what you can

• We use this system for some performances. The suggested price is in the middle and in bold.
• If a lower price makes it easier for you to come, you may select it.
• If you can pay a little more, you make it possible for others to spend less.
• The UiTPAS social rate is calculated on the suggested price. Other discounts do not apply in this system.

Ticket checks

We conduct regular checks at the entrance. Those who present themselves with a ticket to which they are not entitled will not be allowed entry.

CONDITIONS

• For some free activities, such as the living room concerts, you need to book in advance.
• Remember your UiTpas! You can collect UiT points at a lot of festival partners. If you are entitled to the social rate, you will also get a discount on the paying activities. The social rate is always calculated on the basic price.
• If you are a wheelchair user, have mobility problems, are visually impaired or hard of hearing, we will gladly give you a specially adapted seat. Our ticket staff are at your service via ticket@30CC.be, 016 27 40 00 or at the Ticket Desk.
  We also accept the Companion Pass for the Disabled of the Province of Flemish Brabant and the European Disability Card. On presentation of this pass, your companion can come along for free. And of course, your assistance dog is always welcome. (other pets are not).
• Paid tickets will not be taken back, refunded, resold or exchanged.
  We will refund your tickets only if we have to cancel the event. If the event is rescheduled, your tickets remain valid.
  
• We strongly advise you to buy your tickets only from the organising partner.
  The Law of July 30, 2013, applies to all our sales. This implies that regulated forms of reselling tickets (even without profit) are prohibited. The occasional reselling of tickets with profit is also prohibited. Tickets that are bought in violation of this ban are invalid. We reserve the right to block these tickets and refuse their holder access to the event.
• We want our performances to start punctually. In principle, once the performance has started, you will not be allowed access to the venue. Exceptionally, we may grant access during intervals, in which case you follow the instructions of our staff. Your reserved seat is then no longer guaranteed.
  Latecomers are not entitled to a refund or any other compensation.
• It is forbidden to take photographs, images or sound recordings during the performances, including with mobile phones, smartphones and tablets.
• Coats, bags, rucksacks, folding bikes, helmets, ... are not allowed in the hall for safety reasons. You can leave them safely and free of charge in our guarded cloakroom.
