In the cosy CC Oratoriënhof, you’ll be treated to an intimate concert by flutist Stefan Bracaval and pianist Pierre Anckaert. Real gourmets will combine this fine jazz portion with a tasty and varied Sunday brunch.
After exploring the various possibilities of chamber music on Strings Attached and getting completely lost in electronics on 74 Miles Away, Bracaval & Anckaert felt the urge to get back to essentials: a piano, a flute, nothing more. In 2014, this led to the cd Woodworks with exclusively original compositions.
In the meantime, their music has matured and deepened. On January 1st of this year, they released their latest work Ephémère, where 12 improvisational tracks celebrate the elusive moment.
