It is no coincidence that Tigran Hamasyan is considered by the young generation of jazz musicians as one of the most distinguished pianists of his era. Like no other, Tigran fuses powerful jazz improvisations with the rich folkloric music of his native Armenia.
True to the sound that made him famous, he released the album 'StandArt' in 2022. In the company of Matt Brewer (double bass) and Justin Brown (drums), he discovers new sounds that float between hypnotic melodies, exuberant rock riffs and dreamy soundscapes.
