Freinet School De Appeltuin has a long-lasting tradition in presenting fine jazz. This edition, you can enjoy two excellent Belgian jazz ensembles.

- DROM invites Rabatz ft. Bart Maris (SAT 21.03)
35-piece drum band DROM will surprise you in the streets of Leuven with their powerful sound and loads of positive vibes. For this stunning performance, they will be joined by German techno brass band Rabatz and trumpeter Bart Maris.

Steiner School De Zonnewijzer presents a brand-new trio, especially for the occasion: trumpeter Sam Versweyveld and bass player Cyrille Obermüller invite pianist Eve Beuvens for an intimate quest for a perfect acoustic balance.
- Ka:mos (SAT 28.03)
Singer Aino Peltomaa and bass player Nathan Wouters connect Finnish mythology with new compositions, in a search for the musical dimension of light and darkness. After the concert, you'll get an exclusive guided tour in the exhibition 'Body Language'.
- Living room jazz (SUN 28.03)
On the final Sunday, you'll get a chance to enjoy some more intimate jazz, with three living room concerts.
Singer Zoë Gilby and bass player Andy Champion create a hypnotizing soundscape, pianist Bram Weijters and trumpeter Chad McCullough will serve subtle, lyrical melodies, on the border between classical music and jazz, and bass player Giuseppe Millaci will focus on melodic American jazz, in the company of pianist Amaury Faye and drummer Lionel Beuvens.
