Themacombo A tribute to Kenny Wheeler
As an annual tradition, Leuven Jazz presents several theme combos of the jazz department at LUCA School of Arts. Under the guidance of their tutor, students will compile a repertoire based on a specific theme or an icon from the history of jazz.
Together with the students, guitar teacher Peter Hertmans presents a selection from the repertoire of trumpeter Kenny Wheeler, who died in 2014.
