The jazz by Bestiaal can be quite potent. Originality and idiosyncrasy have always been core values for jazz musicians, but here they are natural components of a striking stubborn character.
The animality that the band name refers to, lies mainly in the unpredictability of their musical instincts. Their compositions are not classical structures with a familiar head and tail as an exclamation mark, but a safe conduct to tell stories that only follow their own, transverse logic.
